Your brain is a sneaky f*cker, part 2

Remember, your brain’s #1 job is to keep you safe and do it as efficiently as possible.

Which means…it wants to stick with what’s familiar.

Even if change would make your life infinitely better.

And that’s why your brain will sabotage your efforts.

Here’s how that might look:

You’re launching a course or a workshop, and suddenly your schedule is so packed there’s no time to promote or market it.

Or your family needs so much from you that it drains all your energy and time.

But somehow, you still find time to binge Netflix and scroll Instagram.

Time scarcity is another way your brain can be a super sneaky fucker.

I cannot even tell you how many times I’ve said, “I’m too busy. I don’t have time to XYZ (network, market, write emails, post, give talks, etc.).”

I bought 100% into the story that I had “no time.”

I hear the same thing from so many of my clients.

That. Is. Some. Serious. Bullshit.

It’s sabotage. It’s your brain trying to keep you safe and conserve energy.

Because if you stay too “busy,” you don’t have to be seen.

You don’t have to take risks.

You don’t have to fail.

But, you don't succeed, either.

You don’t grow.

The reasons why we self-sabotage like this live deep in the unconscious mind and research shows that over 95% of your behaviors, thoughts, and actions are unconsciously driven.

That’s why it’s so important to bring the unconscious into consciousness as quickly as possible

So you can finally stop sabotaging your growth, your expansion, and yes—your bank account.

Because the longer this stuff stays buried in your unconscious, the more it becomes cemented.

And the longer it holds you back.

So. Don’t. Wait.

Come do the deep work with me inside my free workshop, Stop Stressing, Start Receiving.

It’s happening Tuesday, July 30 at 11am CT, and it’s your chance to stop letting your sneaky brain run the show—and start moving from clarity, calm, and a wealth-aligned nervous system.

Grab your seat here.
