What’s running the show — your values or money?

We’ve all heard the phrase, “Follow your dreams and the money will come.”

It sounds beautiful, right?

And if you were lucky enough to have that modeled for you, amazing. Because most of us didn’t.

Most of us grew up hearing both sides:
“Oh, that’s wonderful that you want to do what you love…”
followed by,
“…but can you make a living doing that?”

So the message becomes: Follow your dreams… but only if they’re profitable.

When my grandmother was alive and I told her I worked in mental health, she said,

“Get out of that field—there’s no money in it.”

She’s probably rolling over in her grave at what I make now. 😅

We grow up believing the “responsible” path is to chase money.

We learn to put our passions, our values, our bodies, and our peace on hold in the name of financial safety.

The message underneath is clear: Money is the most important thing.

So we hustle, ignore what gives us life, and deplete ourselves trying to feel safe.

We spend to feel better, then work harder to keep up.

We paint ourselves into a corner, hoping one day we’ll step out and finally start living the life we actually want.

But as long as fear, scarcity, and money anxiety are running the show, you’ll keep making decisions from stress—not from your values.

Chasing money to create security never works long-term, because money can’t give you the inner safety you’re looking for.

It’s not that money doesn’t matter—it’s that your nervous system and your beliefs about money determine whether you feel safe with it.

When fear is in charge, you’ll always feel one step behind, no matter how much you earn or save.

When your nervous system is calm and your values are clear, money naturally flows in a way that supports you instead of drains you.

The real work isn’t just making or saving more.

It’s about healing your relationship with money by reconnecting to your values and your body’s wisdom.

I help women uncover and shift their money beliefs, clarify their true values, and see where they’ve been living in defiance of them.

Then we work on the fears that keep them stuck and the nervous-system patterns that make money feel unsafe.

When you start making financial decisions from calm and clarity—not fear—you evolve into a new version of yourself:

A woman who knows what she values.

Who honors her energy and capacity.

Who trusts that when she’s in alignment with her truth, the money follows naturally.

This is how you feel safe with money…from the inside out.

You stop living from scarcity and start living from inner wealth.
